Protection of Minors
Under UK law anyone under the age of 18 is considered a ‘Minor’. I do not knowingly offer services to nor communicate with anyone who is defined as a minor electronically. No content on the site is intended for consumption by or aimed at anyone who is defined as a minor. I reserve the right to request proof of identification (including age) and to further cease any/all communication and block access to the site/services if the consumer is found to be a minor. I further reserve the right to report the minor to law enforcement should he/she attempt re-entry to the site or services. Whilst services via the web site are not intended for the consumption by minors’ my physical services are, if a responsible adult is present, suitable and subject to both the consent and presence of the responsible adult may be administered.

Right to be Forgotten
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) an individual has the right to be forgotten. An individual may be ‘forgotten’ if this does not counter my company’s legal requirement to hold data. If a client wishes to be forgotten they should contact the DPO (Data Protection Officer) detailed below.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)  an individual has the right to request a copy of all personal data held by my company. Clients have the right to request this information via the DPO (Data Protection Officer) detailed below. I will provide the requested information within 5 working days to the extent allowed for by the law and without cost. In case of electronic request, I reserve the right to identify and validate the individual making the request.
